Dear Friends,

This is probably the most important CEO Update I've ever written. It's regarding a topic most CEOs never talk about for a variety of reasons. Perhaps the reason is that it is not easy to talk about this topic without running the risk of sounding "too soft." However, I want to talk about it in depth because it is clearly the reason for our enormous success. It is the reason we will continue to be successful and become a billion-dollar company. And, it's the secret to your success in FreeLife® and in life.

It's all about the "Love"! Yes, that is the simple secret to our success: love. Love is, without question, the most powerful force in the universe. When love is fully applied, problems seem to vanish, solutions appear, relationships dramatically improve, we become much happier and miraculous things begin to happen in our lives. One of the greatest ways to practice love is by utilizing the Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." It's a simple rule, but extremely powerful when applied consistently and fully. At FreeLife, we certainly admit we are not perfect, but we try our best every single day to live the Golden Rule.

Now, some of you might be thinking, "What in the world does love have to do with business success?" The answer is, EVERYTHING! I believe our success is directly related to how much love we give to others. The more love we give out, the more love we get back. It's an ancient but universal truth called the Law of The Harvest: "As you sow, so shall you reap."

We love everyone associated with FreeLife. We love all of our Customers. We love all of our Marketing Executives whether they are brand new or Royal Ambassadors. We love our Home Office team and all our suppliers and vendors. We even love the naysayers! Yes, we do! So, to all the goji copycat knockoffs, to any competitor who has taken pot shots at us, and to anyone who has spread any misleading statements about FreeLife or Himalayan Goji® Juice, I say, "We love you anyway, and we appreciate your contribution in helping to make March 2007 the biggest month in our Company's history!"

Yes, March 2007 was our largest month ever and, in fact, the first quarter of 2007 represented our largest quarter in history and our fourteenth consecutive record quarter dating back to the launch of Himalayan Goji Juice in October 2003! So, our hats are off to all of you around the world who are spreading the good news of Himalayan Goji Juice at a faster rate than we ever thought possible.

Our continued momentum made me reflect upon a pledge Kevin and I made to our Royal Ambassadors at our March Madness event in Las Vegas. We pledged, in writing, that we would become a billion-dollar company. We don't just want FreeLife to be "big." We want it to be great. When we are a billion-dollar company, we will touch millions of lives. We will do a world of good. And in the process, we will send millions of dollars to GojiKids® throughout the world.

But a billion-dollar company is BIG! In fact, in our industry, the youngest company that currently does over $1 billion in annual sales is Nu Skin®, launched 23 years ago in 1984, and prior to that was Herbalife®, launched 27 years ago in 1980. No Direct Sales company launched since that time has achieved $1 billion in annual sales. Not a single one launched in the 23 years since 1984! That's pretty remarkable to consider.

And, what do those billion-dollar companies launched in the 1980s have in common (along with two other multi-billion-dollar Direct Sales companies, Mary Kay® and Amway®)? The men and woman who started those companies were distributors with other companies before they launched their own billion-dollar company! I'll touch more on the crucial importance of that later, but for now, please know that Kevin and I share that same perspective, having once been distributors in one of those billion-dollar companies before we launched FreeLife. This unique "distributor perspective" appears to be of enormous consequence.

Kevin's and my love for you and for FreeLife is broad and deep. Years ago, we were offered tens of millions of dollars to sell FreeLife and... we didn't. Today, we get many calls from investment bankers on a regular basis who have buyers for us, but we have no interest in even speaking with them. We wouldn't sell FreeLife today for hundreds of millions of dollars! Why would we? We love this business, we love what we do each day, and the impact we are making on people's lives, and most importantly, we intend on keeping our commitment to you to make FreeLife a billion-dollar company.

Here are five things Kevin and I love so much about FreeLife. They constitute the reasons why I believe anyone serious about building long-term residual income should take a close look at FreeLife, and why I know we will become a billion-dollar company in the next several years:

Holiday Inspirational Reading

Dear Friends,

Should you want some inspirational reading over the holidays, I would recommend to you the 15th Chapter of the Book of Luke. Why? Because it talks about things that are lost, and things that are found.

It is about a shepherd who loses a sheep, and about a woman who loses a coin. Mostly, however, it is about a father and a son, about being lost and found, about forgiveness and understanding.

That's what made me think of Anthony and Donna Gray. Anthony and Donna are two of our pioneers from Australia. They are passionate about FreeLife, and totally dedicated to our mission.

At the end of our Maui Ambassador Retreat III in June, they received a phone call no parent ever wants to get. They had suddenly and tragically lost their 27-year-old son Nathan.

Anthony wrote of this event:

"Not my son, this can't be happening. All my hopes and dreams for him shattered. Although I had experienced loss before, I was not prepared for this.

Then the realization came that I would never see him again... never be able to embrace him or kiss his cheek, the sheer enjoyment of just being around him.

No grandchildren, nothing... just unanswered questions and so many "if onlys," "what ifs," and "whys" to haunt me.

Yet, within moments of the news, we were surrounded by FreeLife Family. There were tears, hugs, and unbounded understanding. Though Ray and Kevin had already left, they sent for a private car, upgraded our return flight to Australia, and tried to provide as much privacy for us as possible.

After the funeral, I couldn't do much of anything. I lost all incentive and wondered how I would keep going when the truth was I didn't want to keep going."

When Kevin and I heard the news, we felt totally helpless. We called and offered support. As parents, we were keenly aware of the great pain Anthony and Donna were suffering.

We waited and watched, and slowly the healing began. Surrounded by their friends and FreeLife Family, they began to move forward. In doing so, they made one important decision. They decided to attend Convention in Dallas. It was a courageous decision that would require them to be in a very public setting, engaging many people. Anthony said of that decision, "I didn't want to go to Dallas, but forced myself in the end."

It was there, in Dallas, that I witnessed...

One Small Miracle.

It was at the end of our second day and Mike Zundel was calling for one last testimonial. Suddenly Mike hesitated, and then called into the audience for Anthony and Donna Gray to come forward.

There was no warning or preparation. Mike told me that their names just came to him, and that he knew it would be difficult for them, but important. As Anthony approached the podium, he said to Mike, "Help me, mate. Help me through this."

There, in front of two thousand of their FreeLife Family, they poured out their hearts. And as they spoke, I could see that a great burden was being lifted. Their pain was our pain. Their loss was our loss. It was a time for healing, and a time for moving forward.

When Anthony and Donna left the stage, they were surrounded by loving hands reaching out to them. Over the next several days, they were amazed at the great number of people who came to them offering love, support, and understanding. Most of these people they had never met. However, they now knew they would never ever be alone.

As I write this article, Anthony and Donna are in Thailand. They are doing good, serving others. They are living their lives.

I believe that for Nathan, Anthony, and Donna, there will yet be happy reunions.

And for all of us, as we approach this Holiday Season, may we take comfort in that one small miracle in Dallas, knowing this:

A son was lost, but a father was found.

Dear Friends,

One of the greatest lessons I learned at Yale Law School was how to effectively evaluate a given set of facts. For three years, some of the finest law school professors in the world pounded us with case after case after case and slammed home some indispensable principles and practices associated with the value of non-emotional, critical thinking. It wasn't always fun, but it did give me a whole new paradigm on the power of logical, thoughtful reasoning.

With that background, and after intensely studying and observing Direct Sales companies for more than 16 years, I can tell you that I have never seen a company more poised for stunning growth than FreeLife International.

Scarcity thinking will never get you there.

First, you would want to reward people at every level of participation for getting off to a fast start and ensure that they begin to earn significant money quickly. Second, you would want to give Leaders incredible incentive to work with other Leaders in their Organization and build depth and security in their business. Finally, you would want to reward your Marketing Executives based on the total success of the Company, not just the success of their own Organization.

FreeLife's Fast Start Bonus and Advancement Bonuses get significant money into the pockets of business builders very quickly. Our Fast Start Bonus pays between 10-20 percent of case purchases of Himalayan Goji Juice a full five levels deep. And, our Advancement Bonuses pay you up to $5,550 as you work your way toward Ambassador and begin to develop long-term residual income.

To create incentive to work with Leaders in your Organization, FreeLife has done three things which are revolutionary in our industry:

1. Paying Ten Levels Deep
Some companies pay seven or eight levels deep. One that I know of pays nine levels deep. We decided to go one step beyond. FreeLife pays a full ten compressed levels deep! It's never been done before in our industry. This really becomes meaningful if you do the math of three enrolling three, enrolling three, down ten levels deep. On your tenth level, you have more people on whose purchases you can earn income than you do in your entire first nine levels combined! In fact, on your tenth level alone, you would have more than TWICE as many Customers than on your first nine levels COMBINED! Why did we do this? Because a dream compensation plan has to be better than anything ever available, and that's why we have set a new standard with ten-level pay.

2. Rewarding Leaders for Developing Leaders
Then we asked how else we could set our compensation plan apart. How could we do something that has not been done before and reward Leaders better than any company in history for developing other Leaders? That's how our Matching Bonus was born. With this special bonus, you can earn a bonus of between 20-60 percent of the ten-level commissions of ALL your personally enrolled Marketing Executives. Again, this is unheard of in our industry, and just like the ten-level commission plan, none of our competitors are willing to offer a Matching Bonus to their leaders. Combine these bonuses with the five-level, 2% Ambassador Generational Bonus, and you have a plan that both encourages and rewards Leaders to develop other Leaders like no other compensation plan in our industry.

3. Sharing Worldwide Abundance
There are a number of other bonuses I could mention, but I just want to highlight one more: our 2% Worldwide Himalayan Goji Bonus Pool. This pool allows every Ambassador to earn money on every single bottle of Himalayan Goji Juice that is sold anywhere in the world, not just in their Organization. We want all of our Leaders to share in our worldwide success and to support each other even if they have different Organizations. This concept of shared abundance has worked wonderfully and our Leaders love it.

Dream #4: Incentive Trips and Training

Not only is our compensation plan more lucrative than any we have ever seen, but our incentive trips are becoming legendary in the industry. Taking this many Leaders on such expensive trips for a company our size is absolutely unheard of in the Direct Sales industry. In the works, we have plans for trips that will pale in comparison to what we have offered before. Our goal is to captivate our Leaders as we capture their hearts. Our goal is to have bigger, better, more fun, more exotic trips that will create lasting memories.

Think of it like buying stock in a company. Would you rather have purchased Microsoft stock in the early 1990s when it just began its growth curve, or today when it is relatively stagnant? The answer is clear for anyone who wants to maximize their return.

For comparison purposes, we have two excellent competitors in the Direct Sales "functional beverage" category, both of which started long before we introduced Himalayan Goji Juice in late 2003. The other one is more private about releasing their financial figures, but according to some excellent industry sources, it appears they did nearly $400 million in sales in 2005. While we are a private company and don't release our sales figures, let me say that we are on track to surpass both of those figures over the next two years and then move on toward $1 billion in sales in the two years after that.
